When Ryan submitted a Loan Estimate on paper, I was very surprised at how low their origination fees are. Typically a refinance would cost up to 3% of the loan amount. Our total cost out of pocket for lender fees & third party costs were less than 1% of the loan amount.

Before I committed to Ryan, I shared with him that at any point in the loan process if I felt there was a “bait & switch” I would walk away. Ryan made sure that did not happen. He was upfront with me throughout the entire process and his Loan Estimate was accurate.
